EnCollab VMS is a standalone vehicle management system for automotive distributors and dealer networks. It covers allocation, ordering, shipping, delivery, warranty claims, and recalls against each vehicle, and works alongside SAP S/4HANA or Odoo, which stay the record for sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
Vehicle operations get hard when the lifecycle is split across teams, spreadsheets, and an ERP that was never built around the vehicle. VMS gives the vehicle its own record, from the allocation plan to the last service claim, and leaves finance and logistics documents in the ERP where they belong.

How It Works With Your ERP
VMS owns the vehicle data. Sales orders, invoices, goods movements, and credit notes stay in SAP or Odoo; VMS records the document number and links to it, copying only the few values it needs to filter or decide on. Your ERP stays the system of record.
Your Data
Each customer gets a database of their own. If you leave, you get your data as a PostgreSQL backup plus your files, or we destroy it.
Where It Fits
VMS works with SAP S/4HANA, Odoo and replaces the spreadsheets, email, and ERP workarounds that usually carry allocation, shipping, claims, and recalls. The product gives operating teams a clearer workflow while keeping the system of record stable.
The important boundary is ownership. We define which decisions belong in the core ERP, which belong in extensions or integrations, and how support teams keep the model clear after delivery.
