Encollab offers SAP Consulting services to assist businesses in optimizing their SAP systems. The scope of services is outlined in the agreement signed between Integration Central Pty Ltd and the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for SAP consulting. They must also ensure that their systems meet the necessary prerequisites for the services.
Payment terms are outlined in the agreement between Integration Central Pty Ltd and the client. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including but not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, and trade secrets, confidential during and after the term of the agreement.
All intellectual property developed or provided by Encollab during the consulting engagement remains the property of Integration Central Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due.
Integration Central Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Integration Central Pty Ltd and its employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's use of Encollab SAP Consulting services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Integration Central Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Encollab website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
