Warranty Extension and Budgeting
We helped a major OEM re-evaluate their warranty offering to the marketplace. Careful budgeting and prediction was undertaken of existing claims and the car parc. We calculated likely warranty costs and modelled those into a feasibility study, which was validated and signed off by all stakeholders.
We also implemented the system changes to allow these warranty extensions to be implemented on the ground and support dealers with that transition.
Complete Vehicle Management, Warranty, Parts, Logistics and Finance implementation
We implemented a complete wall to wall SAP system to support a major vehicle OEM.
All aspects of the business were supported and solutions proposed for the entire organisation.
From design, configuration, development, Unit Testing, User Acceptance eTesting (UAT), to go-live and ongoing support - we did it all.
